According to the minor, on September 14th, at around 1 pm, she was at home. At that time, she was talking on the phone with a young man named Shispal alias Golu, a resident of Agra. Her mother saw her talking on the phone. She asked her who she was talking to. The minor explained that she was talking to a friend. About half an hour later, her father returned home from work.
According to the complaint, at around 2:30 p.m., while her father was eating lunch, her mother informed him that her daughter was talking to a boy on the phone. This enraged the father. The victim has also mentioned an incident in her complaint on the night of September 16th. According to her, at around 2 am, her parents again called her to the hall and she was forced to go out. Even after this, she was kept in the house. The minor alleged that she was not allowed to go out of the house for several days.
