Bomb alert in Spicejet flight going to Pune, stir, search operation started at Delhi airport


New Delhi: Spicejet flight: The biggest news of this time has come out from the country's capital Delhi. Here at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport), a bomb has been reported in a flight of Spice Jet. This flight was going from Delhi to Mumbai. The information about the bomb created a stir among the police and airport staff. After which the search operation has been started at the airport itself. Apart from the concerned flight, other flights were also thoroughly investigated. According to the information, the flight from IGI Airport was to take off for Pune today i.e. Thursday at 6.30 pm. Only then the information about the bomb in the flight blew everyone's senses. After which the investigation was started by calling the bomb squad.


Giving information, the Delhi Police said that the search for the suspect who informed about the bomb is still going on. Safety drill as per SOP will be followed completely. At present, Delhi Police has come on alert mode. Significantly, earlier on January 10, a similar incident had come to the fore. At that time, information about a bomb in a chartered flight coming from Russia's capital Moscow to Goa was flashed. After which the emergency landing of the flight was done in Jamnagar. The bomb disposal squad reached the spot and started investigating the matter.


In this case, Goa ATC had received a mail, in which it was said that there was a bomb in the flight. Due to which the emergency landing of the flight was given. However, all the 244 passengers present in the flight were safely evacuated.
