Now in this case, Noida Police got two days remand of five accused, now the police will get many secrets revealed from these accused. Surajpur Court has given 54 hours remand to the police. Police has got the remand of 5 accused who are in jail.


Earlier on Tuesday (November 7) late night, famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav appeared before Noida Police at Sector-20 police station. The police asked about 50 questions to Elvish Yadav within three hours. Let us tell you that an FIR has been registered against six accused including Elvish Yadav under the provisions of Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, the veterinary department's investigation revealed that venom glands were missing in all the nine snakes rescued from the possession of the accused persons last week. Police have already applied for the custody of five people arrested in this case.


Nine snakes were released in Surajpur forest


In the Elvish Yadav case, Divisional Forest Officer Pramod Kumar Srivastava said, "His department has received the investigation report from the veterinary department and now it will be presented in the court for further legal proceedings. Nine snakes were with us and today we have submitted the investigation report to the court." After taking permission, they were released in Surajpur forest.


Interrogation took place in Sector-20 police station of Noida.


However, Elvish Yadav denied the allegations against him and said that all false allegations have been made against him. In Sector 20 police station of Noida, Elvish Yadav, Deputy Commissioner of Police Harish Chander, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Shakti Mohan Awasthi, Assistant Police Commissioner Rajneesh Verma, Inspector in-charge of Sector 20 police station D.P. Many police officers including Shukla were interrogated.
