New Delhi: A horrifying incident has come to light from Punjab. Where a man allegedly killed his 20-year-old daughter. The accused father tied the daughter's body to a bike and dragged it on the road in Amritsar, Punjab. The accused said on Friday that he killed the daughter for self-respect as she had stayed out with someone for a day.


Said- other girls will get a lesson from this

The person said that he has committed a crime and this will give a lesson to the girls studying in class 6 and 7. When the accused Dalbir Singh was brought to the court, he told reporters that I killed my daughter because she had stayed out with someone for a day. I killed my daughter for my self respect. This will also serve as a lesson for girls studying in class 6 and 7.


Murder with a sharp weapon

According to the police, Dalbir Singh, who works as a laborer, has been arrested on the charge of murder. He allegedly killed his daughter with a sharp weapon on Thursday after she had spent a day away from home. According to family members, the accused was angry with his daughter as she had left the house without informing anyone on Wednesday and returned the next day.


What did the father of the accused say

Joginder Singh, the father of the accused, said that when my granddaughter came back, Dalbir got very angry and beat her up. Later he killed her with a sharp weapon. When we tried to save him, he locked us in a room and threatened to kill us. Later he took the dead body of the girl.
