The video of which is going viral at this time. After this video went viral, now the police has also started investigating this matter.

In fact, a 26-year-old girl from a village in the Charathawal police station area has filed a case of attempted rape against a 60-year-old man named Tirath Pal of the same village. It is being told that 2 days ago on March 15, the victim girl from the Kashyap community had gone to dump cow dung outside the village. It is alleged that during this time a 60-year-old man named Tirathpal from the Jat community forcibly took the girl to the tubewell room in the nearby field. Where he tried to rape the girl. After which somehow the victim girl escaped from the clutches of the accused and reached her home and told her ordeal to her family. On which the victim's family reached the police station and gave a written complaint against the accused and demanded action, while a panchayat was also held in the village after this incident.

The video of the incident went viral on social mediain which it is being said that the accused was sentenced to five shoe beatings. The victim's family says that our demand was that the victim's father should hit the accused with five shoes. But the accused's uncle hushed up the matter by hitting him with two shoes. Let us tell you that while the accused was being hit with shoes in the Panchayat, someone recorded this sentence on his mobile and made it viral on social media. After this viral video of shoe beating, now the senior officials are also talking about taking action after investigation in this matter. However, on the complaint of the victim girl, the police has started further action by registering a case against the accused elderly Tirth Pal under serious sections.

Giving information about this case, Charthaval police station in-charge IPS Rajesh Dhunavat said that a 26-year-old girl had filed a case at Charthaval police station that a 60-year-old Tirth Pal Singh of the same village tried to rape her. We have registered a case in this matter and action is being taken under relevant sections and along with this a video has gone viral, we are looking into it, it will be investigated and whatever action is taken, adequate action will be taken according to whatever information we get.

Whoever is guilty will be punished - PoliceIf any complaint comes from the person who was hit with shoes in the video, we will take effective action on it and whoever is guilty in this, action will be taken against them on receiving complaint. In this case, some people came to the police station and protested. We support whatever happens legally in this. It is necessary to take permission for dharna (protest) and we are on the side of the victim. If we get any information that this thing is true, then we are ready to take action for it. If any complaint is received in this, action will be taken, rest we are investigating. Whoever is found guilty in the investigation, we will take appropriate legal action against him.
