Pahalgam Terror Attack: A major breakthrough has come nearly five months after the terrorist attack in the Baisaran Valley of Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, 2025. Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested Mohammad Yusuf, who allegedly provided logistical support to the terrorists involved in the Pahalgam terror attack.
26 innocent people were killed in this terrorist attack. Jammu and Kashmir Police has arrested Mohammad Yusuf from Kulgam district of South Kashmir. Mohammad Yusuf was a key operative of Lashkar-e-Taiba (TRF) who provided logistical support to the terrorist killed during Operation Mahadev in Dachigam forest. The terrorist killed in Operation Mahadev has been arrested and sent to judicial custody for his role in providing logistical support.
According to police, 26-year-old Yusuf played a key role in supporting terrorist activities. Investigations also revealed that he assisted in carrying out terrorist activities. Following his arrest, Mohammad Yusuf has been remanded to judicial custody. Jammu and Kashmir Police is conducting further investigations into the case to identify other associates of the terrorist network. This action is part of ongoing counter-terrorism operations in the region aimed at ensuring peace and security.

On April 22, 2025, Pakistani terrorists in Pahalgam shot dead 26 innocent tourists who had gone to the Baisaran Valley for a holiday after questioning their religion. The terrorists demanded the tourists recite the Kalma (sacred mantra), but those who failed to do so were killed.
