A few years ago, Rimi Sen met a boy in the gym. Slowly, both of them became friends and their friendship deepened. This boy also started visiting the actress's house. When this boy became a good friend with Rimi, he lured the actress into his trap by offering an investment plan. This man told Rimi that if she invests her money in his business, he will return the money with 30-40 percent interest. The actress thought a lot about this offer and finally invested the money.

The man looted Rs 4.40 crore

According to media reports, Rimi gave this person Rs 4.40 crore for business from 2019 to 2020. After some time, when the actress asked for her money back, her friend started making excuses. He even stopped taking Rimi's calls. 

Shocking revelations in front of Rimi

The actress initially investigated the matter on her own, which led her to discover that the business for which the actress had taken money from him never started. It was also revealed to Rimi that the man was a fraud. In such a situation, she immediately informed the police about the matter and lodged an FIR.

Case handed over to CID

Now, while talking about this matter in an interview, Rimi said that she had lodged a complaint in Khar Police Station about one and a half years ago. Rimi also told that some time ago she also received a call from CID Unit 9. Now the actress's case has been handed over to CID. Every effort is being made to get justice for Rimi Sen.
