Bhopal: An important cabinet meeting was held in Madhya Pradesh today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mohan. Many important decisions were taken in this meeting. Giving information about the decisions taken in the cabinet, Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya said that the state government has announced a reward for the person who takes the injured in the accident to the hospital. Under the Rahveer Yojana, the helper will get a reward of Rs 25 thousand. Therefore, the helper will have to immediately call the ambulance and help in taking the injured to the hospital.


Promoting women empowerment


Vijayvargiya said that women empowerment is an important issue. On May 31, Prime Minister Modi will address a conference of two lakh women in Bhopal. It has been decided to provide residential facilities to working women, in which the Centre will provide assistance. Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate Satna Airport and Indore Bhopal Metro. Giving information about the Rahveer scheme, he said that under this scheme, anyone who takes a person injured in a road accident to the hospital will be given Rs 25,000.


Important decisions for farmers

He said that our government is working to double the income of farmers. Minimum support price is being increased. Our government has purchased Rs 2600 after giving bonus on minimum support price of 2400-2500. There has been 62 percent more purchase than last time. Rs 20 thousand crore has been distributed among farmers. Agro-based industries are being promoted, natural farming is being promoted.


A farmers' conference will be held in Narsinghpur from 26 to 28 May. Cities are being developed. Indore, Bhopal-Jabalpur-Gwalior Metropolitan Development Authority has been formed by bringing together 2-3 cities for development work. Its chairman will be the Chief Minister. It will work according to the future needs. A big cultural center will be built in Omkareshwar, for which Rs 2100 crore has been sanctioned.
