According to the information, police was checking in Sahibabad area early today. Meanwhile, two youths riding a bike were stopped by the police. As soon as the accused saw the police, they opened fire. In retaliation, the police also opened fire in which one miscreant was killed.
He was identified as Daksh, a resident of seelampur. Police said that on the night of May 3, Daksh along with his associates had looted Vinay Tyagi in Shalimar garden police station area. After this the miscreants killed vinay by stabbing him. The stolen mobile phone has also been recovered from the accused.
