After repeated complaints, Delhi High Court gave the order. Under this order, raid action has been taken against this company of Mandideep.
According to the information, fake oil was being manufactured in the name of Patanjali Company (Patanjali Fake Product) in RS Industries running in 40 block of Mandideep Industrial Area.
This fake oil was being made and sold in the name of Patanjali. The raid on the company has been taken after the order of Delhi High Court. The matter is of Satlapur police station area.
These items were confiscated from the company
According to the information, complaints were being received repeatedly in Mandideep about fake oil being made and sold in the name of Patanjali (Patanjali Fake Product).
After this, Patanjali filed a suit in Delhi High Court. From where after the order was issued, Patanjali's legal team reached Mandideep.
Where they raided RS Industries. During the action, packaging of oils of different companies (Patanjali Fake Product) was recovered. Patanjali's legal advisor has informed that fake oil was being made here under the name Ruchi Star.Complaints about which were being received continuously. A case was filed in Delhi High Courtregarding this. On which the court had issued the order.
Action being taken at two places
Delhi High Court had issued an order to search on duplicate material. After this order, the legal team of Patanjali (Patanjali Fake Product) has taken action with the help of local police in Bhopal and Mandideep.
Patanjali's advocate has informed that action is being taken against the main branch of RS in Bhopal also. He told that two teams are taking action, one in Bhopal and the other in Mandideep.
Goods worth about Rs 30 lakh have been seized from here. Apart from this, action is going on.
Action has been taken earlier also
