Ambala Blackout: Frustrated by Operation Sindoor, Pakistan tried to attack several cities of India with missiles and drones. After this, more precautions are being taken. Meanwhile, the Ambala administration has decided to impose a blackout.

Ambala Blackout: There will be a 10-hour blackout every day in Ambala, Haryana until further orders. The Ambala administration said that in view of the threat of air strikes from Pakistan, it has been decided to keep the lights off from 8 pm to 6 am.

"In view of the current situation and intelligence indicating the threat of a possible air strike from Pakistan, it is necessary to ensure a complete blackout at night to protect public safety and strategic interests," the administration said.

The administration said, "The use of inverters, generators and any other power backup used for outdoor lights, billboards, street lights, etc. can invite any terrorist drone attack in Ambala district."

District Magistrate Ajay Singh Tomar said, "I completely prohibit the use of inverters, generators and any other power backup used for outdoor lights, billboards, street lights, etc. in Ambala from sunset to sunrise (i.e. 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM) until further orders."

However, they can also be used indoors, provided that all doors and windows are completely covered with thick curtains so that no light can enter. "If anyone is found guilty of violating the order, he will be prosecuted and punished as per law under Section 223 of the BNSS," he said.

What did Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini say?

Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said on Pakistan's provocative action that just as Pakistan had made our innocent people victims of its bullets in Pahalgam, today our army soldiers are giving a befitting reply. Pakistan will have to think that change in a person's life and society does not come through terrorism.

Let us tell you that the Pakistani army, angered by India's Operation Sindoor in Pakistan and PoK, tried to attack 15 cities in India with missiles and drones. However, India's airspace system thwarted these attempts.
