Saurabh Sharma Constable News: Expressing apprehension that former constable of the transport department Saurabh Sharma in Madhya Pradesh may be murdered like gangster Atiq Ahmed of Uttar Pradesh, lawyer Rakesh Parashar has given an application for urgent hearing in Bhopal court. It has also been mentioned that the court's order is not being followed by the Lokayukta police. The lawyer has also raised questions about the security of Saurabh Sharma.

Lokayukta police has formally arrested Saurabh Sharma, a former constable of the Transport Department, in connection with the case of movable and immovable assets worth Rs 100 crores found at his residence. After this, questions are being raised about Saurabh Sharma's security. Saurabh Sharma's lawyer has alleged negligence and lapse in security.

Police remand is ending on 4 February

Lawyer Rakesh Parashar says that along with giving Saurabh on the remand of Lokayukta police, important instructions were issued to Lokayukta police. These instructions are not being followed. The court's order should have been followed by the Lokayukta police officials. The lawyer has expressed the fear of Saurabh Sharma being murdered on the lines of the murder of Uttar Pradesh gangster Atiq Ahmed and his brother in police custody. Along with this, demand for tight security has also been made. Saurabh Sharma's police remand is ending on February 4. Lokayukta police can ask for further remand.

According to Lokayukta Police Director General Jaideep Prasad, Saurabh Sharma is being questioned rigorously following all the instructions. The information received from him is also being verified. Many important information is coming to light during the interrogation. All the orders of the court are being fully followed.
