Jehanabad News: The matter is of Kako police station area. In the firing incident, a youth named Guddu Kumar, resident of Khapura village, was shot in the thigh. At the same time, the police has started investigating the matter.

Jehanabad News: A youth was shot on Friday in a dispute over playing cricket in the district. After the incident, the criminals fired 5 to 6 rounds with the aim of spreading panic and seeing the opportunity, all the criminals fled away. The incident took place near Khapura turn of Kako police station area. The injured youth was immediately admitted to Sadar Hospital, where after first aid, the doctors referred him to PMCH.

Actually, there was a dispute among the children of Ghuran Bigha village over playing cricket in Khapura village of Kako police station of Jehanabad on Friday. On Friday evening, people from one side had called the other side for a compromise, where the miscreants already ambushed started indiscriminate firing on the people of one side near Khapura turn, in which a resident of Khapura village named Guddu Kumar was killed. The young man was shot in the thigh. The injured youth was immediately admitted to Sadar Hospital, where after first aid the doctors referred him to PMCH. The injured youth told that the criminals had come in numbers of 4-5.

FIR registered on victim's statement 

Here, as soon as the information about the incident was received, the police of Kako and Ghosi police station reached the spot and started investigating the matter. In this regard, DSP Sanjeev Kumar said that there was a dispute regarding playing cricket, in which there was an altercation between the two parties. In this dispute, a young man Guddu Kumar has been shot. Two shell casings have been recovered from the incident site. The police have registered an FIR on the statement of the victim and started investigating the case.
