Shia Muslims protest in Lucknow on the third day of the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah
Lucknow, October 1 (IANS) After the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, members of the Shia community in the Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow on Tuesday took out a candle march and protested.
In fact, after the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, protests are being seen in many places of the country. In Lucknow too, on the third day of this incident, people of the Shia community protested by taking out a candle march. A large number of people from the Shia community participated in it. The protesters raised slogans of 'Down with Israel'.
A protest march was taken out from Chhota Imambara to Bada Imambara in Lucknow.
Maulana Yasub, general secretary of the All India Shia Personal Law Board, led the protest. The protesters raised slogans of Zindabad with the picture of Hezbollah's Syed Hassan Nasrallah in their hands and mourned his death. Women from the Muslim community also participated enthusiastically in the protest.
Maulana Yasoob, general secretary of the All India Shia Personal Law Board, who was leading the protesters, said that they have been observing black day for the past three days. Hasan Nasralla was a strong leader and guide of the Shia community. Nasralla has done many great things for the Shia community and humanity. He played an important role in eliminating terrorist organizations like ISIS.
Let us tell you that Nasrallah became the Secretary General of Hezbollah in 1992 at the age of 30. In the next 32 years, he made Hezbollah a major force not only in Lebanon but also in the Middle East. He became Israel's enemy number one. Finally, on Friday, the Jewish nation succeeded in eliminating its biggest enemy. Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) attacked the Hezbollah headquarters in Dahieh, a southern suburb of Beirut, late on September 27, in which Nasrallah was killed.
