A report by Telangana Today states that about 5,000 people gathered in Jainoor in response to a bandh called by various tribal organizations to condemn the heinous crime. The crowd set fire to commercial establishments and threw stones at religious structures, leading to communal conflict in the area.
Asaduddin Owaisi Takes A Dig Into The Matter
Hyderabad MP and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi expressed concern about the communal tensions and wrote to the Telangana DGP regarding the chaotic situation.
In a post on X, he stated that he spoke to the Telangana DGP about the communal disturbances in Jainoor, Asifabad District. The DGP assured him that the situation is being monitored, additional forces are being sent, and action will be taken against those who break the law.
