After the arrest of Sanjay Kumar, the political temperature in Telangana has also risen. BJP workers have come on the road and are demanding his release. BJP MP and Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy has called it 'undemocratic'.

An FIR has been registered against Sanjay Kumar. He has been arrested under section 151 of CrPC. Under this, a person is arrested when there is apprehension that that person may commit a crime and he cannot be stopped. Overall, the person is arrested as a precautionary measure.
But why was he arrested?
According to the registered FIR, Sanjay Kumar is accused of inciting innocent students to protest against the state government after the incidents of SSC (10th) paper leak came to the fore.
Along with this, there is also an allegation on him that he instigated BJP workers to protest. Due to this, there is a possibility of deteriorating public peace, due to which the problem of law and order may arise.
- The person who lodged the FIR says that Sanjay Kumar instigated BJP workers to stage a sit-in outside the exam center so that further examinations could be obstructed. Due to this, the morale of the students giving the SSC exam can fall.
It has also been said in the complaint that Sanjay Kumar's behavior will affect the examination process across the state, which will seriously affect the future of the students.

Warangal's Police Commissioner Ranganath has confirmed the arrest of prisoner Sanjay Kumar. He told that Sanjay Kumar was involved in the 10th class paper leak case.
He told that a case has been registered against Sanjay Kumar under sections 420, 120B of IPC, section 5 of malpractice and sections 154 and 157 of CrPC. He also told that these are non-bailable offences.
What is the matter of paper leak?
Actually, the case of paper leak of class 10th came to the fore in Vikarabad and Kamlapur. According to the FIR, some unknown people in Kamlapur took papers from unknown students outside the exam center, took photographs of them and shared them on WhatsApp groups.
Whereas, in Vikarabad, an invigilator took the photo of Class 10 Telugu language paper immediately after the commencement of the exam and sent it to another invigilator.
According to the news agency, the standby invigilator in the government school took his photo immediately after the Telugu paper started and sent it to a teacher from another government school. This is so that he can prepare his answers for cheating.
As soon as this news spread, both of them deleted it. The officials have claimed that the exams were conducted peacefully.
After the matter came to light, prisoner Sanjay Kumar targeted the government and demanded the resignation of Education Minister P. Savita Indra Reddy.

In the case of Telugu paper being leaked, the administration has suspended four employees. The Collector of Vikarabad has ordered senior officers of the Education Department to take action as per the rules.
Apart from this, recently the case of paper leak of PSC came to the fore. SIT has been formed to investigate this. So far 15 people have been arrested in the paper leak cases.
