UP: Tragic accident in Jhansi, woman working in the field got electrocuted, sons who went to rescue her also got burnt, all three died

A mother and her two sons died in a tragic accident in Jhansi, UP. In fact, 65-year-old Har Kunwar was watering her field at around 2:30 in the afternoon. Meanwhile, a high-voltage electric wire passing overhead suddenly broke and fell on her. Her sons Kashiram and Narendra ran to save her, but as soon as they tried to touch their mother, they too got hit by the current. Both of them fell down due to the strong shock and died within a few moments.



In a tragic incident in Jhansi, UP on Monday afternoon, a 65-year-old woman and her two sons died due to electric shock. This incident happened when they were irrigating their field and suddenly a high-voltage wire broke and fell on them.

According to the news agency report, 65-year-old Har Kunwar, a resident of Bangara village in Uldan police station area, was watering her field at around 2:30 in the afternoon. During this time, a high-voltage electric wire passing overhead suddenly broke and fell on her. She got badly burnt as soon as she got electrocuted and started writhing in pain on the spot.

Seeing their mother trapped in the current, her sons Kashiram (45) and Narendra (32) ran to save her, but as soon as they tried to touch their mother, they too got caught in the current. Both of them fell down due to the strong shock and died within a few moments.

As soon as the information of the incident was received, the Naib Tehsildar and the local police reached the spot. They took all three to the hospital, but the doctors declared them dead. The police have sent all three bodies for post-mortem and have started further investigation. There is mourning in the village due to this accident and the family members are in a bad state due to crying.

The villagers said that the condition of this high-voltage wire was already bad and many times requests were made to the officials to get it repaired, but no action was taken. The villagers have demanded action against the officials responsible for this negligence from the administration.
