However, for this a detailed project report will have to be submitted in advance. After getting the license, it will be necessary to acquire 60 percent of the fixed target land within 2 years.
After acquiring 75 percent of the land, it will be necessary to get the map passed. Its map will be done by UPSIDA. If any kind of problem arises after the acquisition of 80 percent land, then UPSIDA will help the developer in this.
